A jam made with plumcots (also known as apriplums), a combination fruit also occurs in nature and is 50% plum and 50% apricot. They are less tart than plums and have a bit of a floral underdone. They’re delicious! This jam is one of the favorites of all our varieties as it is a unique jam.
