A jam created in honor of one of my closest friends, Lilly, featuring some of her favorite flavors. It’s got a nice kick without being too spicy, and a great balance of tart and sweet. This is a wonderful jam for charcuterie, breads, or to use as a dip for chips!
Ingredients: Mango, Lime juice, Habanero, Cilantro, Sugar, Pectin
