Nice jam for a boozy or non-boozy brunch. The alcohol cooks off*, but still leaves the bourbon flavor. Can also be used as an excellent base for homemade barbecue sauce.
Ingredients: Blueberries, Bourbon (Woodford Reserve), Sugar, Lemon juice, Vanilla, Pectin
